A Bit About Me

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong fitness routine and a clean diet. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. I have gained 25 pounds of muscle, lost 20 pounds of muscle and gained 15 pounds of fat, lost 10 pounds of fat and gained 15 pounds of muscle all in just the span of one year from my own personal diet and workout plan.
